By downloading or using Wipix ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wipix is a photo gallery cleanup app. You swipe photos to mark them for deletion or keeping. Photos marked for deletion are only removed from your device when you confirm the batch deletion.
Wipix offers a Premium subscription with unlimited daily swipes and no ads. Subscriptions are billed weekly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings.
Wipix Premium includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
You agree to use Wipix only for its intended purpose of managing your photo gallery. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app.
Wipix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any photos accidentally deleted. Always review your selections before confirming batch deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wipix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
